PURCHASING A PORTRAIT
Thank you for choosing us to memorialise your loved one.
The process is simple!
1. Choose a plaque - if you would like advice on what product to choose, we are happy to help! Simply email us at admin@bronzememorials.online
2. Select up to 3 photographs to upload (using the form below)
3. You will then be taken to the Shop page to select the shape, size and to make payment
4. We will post the finished portrait to you, with a care package, and instructions within 10 business days
Please note:
We will choose the best photograph for the creation of the portrait from the ones you supply. If you have decided on uploading only 1 photograph, we will contact you if the photograph is unsuitable for use
Should you require the portrait to be mounted by us, we will discuss options and pricing

What Are Quality Images (Similar to Passport Photos)?
Quality images, like passport photos, are images that ensure that the photo provides an accurate, clear, and recognizable representation of the individual.
Key Characteristics of a Quality Passport-Like Photo:
Sharp and in focus: The image must be clear without any blurriness
Neutral expression: The person should have a natural, straight face—perhaps smiling
Proper lighting: Even illumination without shadows on the face or background
Plain background: Typically white or light-colored, free from patterns or objects. We can remove the background if necessary
Correct size and framing: The face should be centered, occupying the appropriate proportion of the image, with eyes open and clearly visible
No obstructions: No hats, glasses with tinted lenses, or accessories covering the face - unless these are unique to your loved one!
